Checker

Ensure visitors provide their DBS information when signing in which is recorded back to your central record for future visits and is included on their visitor badges.

When a visitor arrives onsite an instant notification is sent via SMS or email to the person they are visiting.

Ensure that visitors agree to any terms and conditions including health and safety and evacuation procedures as part of the signing in process.

Create events that allow you to pre-book visitors into events such as a school parents evening or a company workshop.

CoVID-19 Ready

Health Declarations

Send staff and visitors a daily COVID-19 health declaration to confirm that they are not displaying symptoms of COVID-19 before they visit your site.

You can then deny access to anyone who declares they’re displaying symptoms of COVID-19, disallowing them on-site access through the Paxton Door Access Integration by temporarily suspending their accounts and preventing them from signing in.

Track & Trace

When a Health Declaration is declined, you can automatically send responses to your Internal Health Contact – including a list of known visitors for the past 14 days – enabling track and trace to take place.

As and when government guidelines begin to change, you can customise Health Declarations allowing for personalisations and ease of use. Email and on-screen messages if the Declaration is declined are also customisable.

Capacity Management

With social distancing measures in place, the maximum capacity of sites will have to adapt, which is why InVentry have introduced their new Capacity Management feature allowing you to set total capacity levels for individual visitors and personnel.

You can receive email notifications when capacity levels have been met, breached and then lowered back to acceptable levels – giving you the ability to manage capacity levels and work towards being a COVID-19 secure workplace.
