For businesses like yours looking to maximise efficiency, hyperautomation (HA) is the answer. This business-driven approach enables organisations to quickly identify, assess and automate as many business and IT processes as possible. So why is this so beneficial for businesses? Hyperautomation combines multiple automation tools to complete a specific business process. HA combines technologies such as robotic process automation (RPA), machine learning, artificial intelligence (AI) and analytics into an integrated software package that can autonomously complete tasks with minimal human input. The goal of HA is to automate your repetitive, manual processes, freeing up staff time for more valuable activities. The advantages of HA are abundant, and we’ve listed a few below. HA drastically reduces the time needed to complete a task, meaning your employees can spend their time on more important projects rather than monotonous tasks. HA improves accuracy and consistency by eliminating human error; when machines are programmed correctly, they do not make mistakes like humans. HA increases output by allowing machines to work 24/7 without needing breaks or rest periods; this allows your business to have a greater output at a lower cost. HA helps your business to become more agile and efficient. HA does this by automating tedious processes that would otherwise take too long or be too difficult for humans to complete manually. Hyperautomation has revolutionised how businesses operate in today’s digital world by combining and integrating technologies which identify and automate your time-consuming, manual business processes. If your business is looking for ways to maximise efficiency, why not consider giving hyperautomation a try… Related Stories Process automation for small and medium-sized enterprises How document conversion can save you time Device as a Service Adoption Workflow Automation in the Corporate World 2023, the time to refresh and review. Digital Implementation. The Road Map to Success
Digital Implementation…The Road Map to Success Paper to Digital, Manual Processes to Automated Workflows. Whenever we embark on a journey, we require a clear directive to ensure success. The same can be said for implementing new digital technologies. Planning a digital road map requires us to identify key users and stakeholders, as they provide the reality of day-to-day processes and repetitive tasks – the business’s pain point. We start by mapping out the workflow and processes for each part of your business in its current position, as we want to ensure that you keep in line with the working culture of your key users. Once this stage is complete, you can visualise all your manual processes, documented step by step. The more touchpoints a document requires, the more it costs your business. We then perform a time and motion exercise for each workflow. This will provide a view of the effort and cost related to each process and, in turn, provides your individualised guide to investing in document management solutions – a clear return on investment. The use of digital document management and workflow automation systems is not limited to one area of the business. Our solutions cover all areas from accounts payable, HR and manufacturing to online webforms, education and much more Think of all the documents that your business receives, whether it be paper, emails, or PDF documents. All these documents, both paper and digital, have touchpoints which require valuable business resources to process. Let’s remove the manual, labour-intensive process and automate all your repetitive tasks! Start today… We have been assisting our clients in creating their roadmaps and would love to help your business get started. Contact us today to get your free workflow roadmap assessment meeting.

The Digital Journey Starts at Home
The Digital Journey Starts at Home Digital Transformation and your colleagues Do you have a connected workplace, providing platforms for staff communications? Do these platforms allow engagement from your frontline colleagues to managerial staff? If so, is it a two-way platform? The hybrid working culture is now the norm for many businesses. However, this change in working culture has caused colleagues to become more disconnected from their organisations. Those who are working from home and using mobile devices are not speaking with their managers in the same way that they did before. Authentic engagement starts with openness, hosting and allowing knowledge sharing. These key elements are often overlooked when a business transitions from an office to a hybrid ecosystem. Taking the time to understand the working culture of each person and department, mapping out the flow, the touch points and understanding tasks are assigned and managed is crucial to ensure teams stay connected and can collaborate with ease. If these key elements are not included within the digital transformation process, the business is unlikely to experience to full benefits of implementing the aligned strategy. Business-wide, employees should be able to access and benefit from similar experiences, which include: Faster processing Better user experience Higher productivity Efficiency Ease of managing Reduced errors It’s all about culture and engaging employees. This, in turn, aids growth opportunities and maximises ROI. You can start this process yourself, today! Take one team, department, or person (ideal areas to start are Account Payable, HR employee onboarding, and project management), and note all the touch points of moving documents, paper and electronic. How much time is spent on data entry, task assignments, and approval? Note each time an action happens throughout the workflow, and you will be able to visualise the time spent on the repetitive and manual tasks burdening your employees. At Ethos we have supported our clients in mapping out journeys with engagement at all levels. We are successfully leading the implementation of document management applications and automated workflow solutions with integration into many existing systems. Reach out today and let us help you build a more efficient business.
