Here at Ethos, we encourage all staff with direct family members working within the NHS that pay professional fees to share the opportunity to be supported by our business. We see the benefit of helping the families of our employees. We will consider the payment of professional fees for NHS-employed staff who are direct family members of our employees.
Ethos Group have implemented one paid day per year for all employees to volunteer within the community, at a charity or cause close to their hearts. Employees are encouraged to embrace this opportunity and share the success of their excellent work done to inspire others.
