Ethos Reaccredited to the Mayor of London’s Good Work Standard at Excellence Level
Ethos is delighted to announce that we have been reaccredited to the Mayor of London’s Good Work Standard at the prestigious Excellence Level. This recognition highlights our ongoing commitment to creating a fairer, healthier, and more inclusive workplace for all. The Mayor’s Good Work Standard, launched in 2019, sets the benchmark for the highest employment standards in London. It celebrates organisations prioritising employee wellbeing, diversity, lifelong learning, and fair employment practices. Ethos first achieved accreditation in 2020, and since then, we have made significant progress across all four pillars of the Good Work Standard: fair pay and conditions, workplace wellbeing, skills and progression, and diversity and recruitment.
