Following a formal tender process, Ethos was appointed as Bradfords Building Supplies managed document provider. Bradfords, a 250-year-old building supplies company, has over 40 offices around the West of the country and employs over 10,000 people.

The Solution
Ethos delivered a fleet of managed devices that provide general day-to-day office
functionality of printing and scanning and a Print Management solution.
The installed devices replaced obsolescent equipment and provided Bradfords
with the sophistication and architecture to evolve with their changing business
needs.
Improved Service
Bradfords can access Ethos’ in-house service desk, providing support remotely, or in person through on-site engineer visits.
Cost Control
Unifying the fleet under an MPS contract reduced overall print costs by correctly
managing usage and consumables.
Continuing Service
Bradfords have the architecture to develop their current workflow
processes, with the long-term goal of committing to barcoded invoices.
